2 Axis Mold Lubrication

1.Servo motor adopts the Japan Yaskawa drive motor and high precision planetary reducer.

2.The gear rack drive system is adopted, with nickel plated treatment taken for gear and rack to prevent rust. Improve the oiling and blowing function to the gear and rack, to well ensure the stable and long-term operation of the equipment.

3.Moving and fixed moulds of the nozzle can be controlled independently layer by layer. Spray volume of each nozzle can be independently and precisely adjusted. Nozzle can be adjusted at any direction thanks to its U-joint structure. There are optional flexible and extended nozzles to suit any complex mould.

4.Servo sprayer adopts the handheld touch screen and the spraying steps can be freely edited on the human-machine interface on it, with the parameter settings cleared at a glance. It also has the fault self-diagnosis display function for very convenient use and maintenance.

5.Sprayer can move around while spraying, with the floating spray set for fixed-point spraying. Nozzle has a separate powerful air blow pipe to effectively remove the residues above the mould.

6.Nozzle has a cleaning function and shall be plugged with coating if not used for a long time.

7.Servo sprayer has a modular storage function, so only the corresponding mould number is required to be entered to read the parameter when the replacement of the mould, to avoid a waste of time due to repeated parameters setting.

8.It has a before and after standby function. Therefore, the nozzle can wait at the standby position in advance to improve the production efficiency
