Servo motor, Japon Yaskawa marka sürücü motoru ve yüksek hassasiyetli planet redüktör ile donatılmıştır.

Dişli–kremayer tahrik sistemi kullanılmış olup, dişli ve kremayer yüzeylerine paslanmayı önlemek amacıyla nikel kaplama uygulanmıştır. Dişli ve kremayer için geliştirilmiş yağlama ve hava üfleme fonksiyonları sayesinde ekipmanın uzun süreli ve stabil çalışması güvence altına alınır.

Nozulun hareketli ve sabit kalıpları katman katman ve birbirinden bağımsız olarak kontrol edilebilir. Her bir nozulun püskürtme miktarı ayrı ayrı ve hassas şekilde ayarlanabilir. U-mafsal (U-joint) yapısı sayesinde nozul her yönde ayarlanabilir. Karmaşık kalıplara uyum sağlamak için esnek ve uzatılmış nozul seçenekleri mevcuttur.

Servo sprey ünitesi, el tipi dokunmatik ekran ile donatılmıştır. Püskürtme adımları insan-makine arayüzü (HMI) üzerinden serbestçe düzenlenebilir ve tüm parametre ayarları tek ekranda net şekilde görüntülenir. Ayrıca arıza öz teşhis ve görüntüleme fonksiyonu sayesinde kullanım ve bakım oldukça kolaydır.

Sprey ünitesi püskürtme sırasında hareket edebilir; sabit nokta püskürtme için yüzer (floating) sprey ayarı bulunmaktadır. Nozul üzerinde yer alan ayrı ve güçlü hava üfleme hattı, kalıp üzerindeki kalıntıların etkin şekilde temizlenmesini sağlar.

Nozul, temizleme fonksiyonuna sahiptir. Uzun süre kullanılmadığında kaplama malzemesi ile doldurularak tıkanma ve kuruma önlenir.

Servo sprey sistemi modüler hafıza fonksiyonuna sahiptir. Kalıp değişimi sırasında yalnızca ilgili kalıp numarasının girilmesi yeterlidir; parametreler otomatik olarak yüklenir ve tekrar ayar yapma nedeniyle zaman kaybı önlenir.

Sistem, ön ve arka bekleme (standby) fonksiyonlarına sahiptir. Bu sayede nozul, bekleme pozisyonunda önceden konumlandırılabilir ve üretim verimliliği artırılır.
